Coaching programmes

Every programme is built around your level, not a fixed syllabus. If you are not sure where you fit, start with the one that sounds closest — moving up is the point.

First Flight · Complete beginners

A friendly introduction to the glass, the rules and the shots that make padel addictive. You will learn the underarm serve, how to let the ball come off the walls, and how a point is won — then put it together in a real game.

Level Up · Players who can already rally

Focused group sessions for players ready to add control, court craft and confidence: when to hold the net and when to drop back, using the glass on purpose rather than by accident, and the lob that turns defence into attack.

Junior Halo · Young players

High-energy coaching that gives young players the right foundations from their first rally. Sessions run on Sundays as part of the weekly programme.

Private & group sessions · One-to-one, pairs or your own group

One-to-one, paired and private group coaching built around your game, your pace and your goals — whether that is your first lesson, fixing one shot, or preparing for a league.
